I used an ice cream cone cupcake pan and these turned out adorable!
Ingredients: |
3 C AP Flour

1 T Baking Powder

1/2 t salt

2 sticks butter, softened

1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 C sugar

4 eggs

2 t vanilla extract

1 C milk

1/4 C rainbow jimmies

Directions: |
Preheat oven to 325

In bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In large bowl beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Add vanilla, mix well. Add flour mixture to butter mixtrue alternately with milk, starting and ending with dry, blend well. Fill cupcake pans 2/3 full. Gently stir 1 t. jimmies in mixture. Bake about 35 min, until toothpick comes out of middle clean.
