easy | 4 servings | prep: 20 minutes | cook:

A Cramer Street favorite! Add whatever other vegetables make you happy, radishes, carrots, broccoli...etc! The original called for green beans, but I always used green peppers instead.

Ingredients:
8 oz bow tie pasta (1/2 box)

6 T mayo (I always used low fat)

2 T red wine vinegar

2 T chopped fresh basil (or 1 t dried)

1 clove minced garlic

salt and pepper to taste

2 cans (6 oz each) drained tuna in water

2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1 cup green pepper

2 cups grape tomatos

Directions:
Cook pasta then drain and rinse til cool. In large bowl mix mayo, vinegar, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Then add the tuna and the veggies and toss together well. Put in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Wine pairing:

a summer cocktail
