This salsa is amazing as an appetizer, or as a sauce for fish, beef, or even chicken. It's even better the next day.
Ingredients: |
1 ripe mango-peeled and cubed

2 tomatillos- cubed

3 roma tomatoes- cubed

1TBLS. Fresh garlic

Cilantro- as much as you like

juice from 2-3 limes

1 medium onion- chopped

salt/pepper to taste

can also add:

can of corn- drained

can of beans- drained and rinsed

Combine all ingredients.

Eat.


Awesome on grilled whitefish, orange roughy, flounder......


Serve with chips.
