18 medium mushrooms (1/2#)

3 oz soft cream cheese

1/4 c grated parmesan cheese

2 T milk

1/4 c melted butter

18 almond slices

Directions: |
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Cream together cream cheese, parmesan cheese and milk. Fill mushroom caps with cheese mixture and top with almond. Dip in butter and place in baking pan at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
