BANANA STREUSEL BUNDT CAKE

Ingredients:
2C flour

1t cinnamon

1t baking soda

1/2t baking powder

1/4t salt

1 stick butter, softened

1 1/2C sugar

2eggs

1t vanilla

5Tbsp sour cream

4 lg over ripe bananas, mashed





Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add vanilla, sour cream, eggs and bananas. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pam a bundt pan. Add 1/2 batter, crumble 2/3 streusel mix on top of batter. Add remaining batter and drizzle rest of streusel on top. Bake 60 minutes at 350. Cool and invert on serving plate. Drizzle with confectioners icing if desired.



Streusel: 1 1/2C brown sugar, 1/2C sugar, 1 1/2C chopped pecans, 1/2C flour, 1Tbsp cinnamon, 1 stick softened butter. Combine all and cut in butter until crumbly.
