Ingredients: |
1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/4 C. Sugar

Dash of salt

1 can (16 oz) Whole-berry cranberry sauce

1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped

6 slices Angel Food Cake

Directions: |
Line the botoom & sides of 9x5 loaf pan with foil.


In a large bowl, beath the cream cheese, sugar & salt until smooth. Stir in cranberry sauce. Fold in whip cream.


Spread 1/3 of misture in loaf pan, top with 3 cake slices. Repeat once more, top with remaining mixture. Cover & freeze.


Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Use foil to remove from pan.


Slice, serve & enjoy!
