Dubbed rhubarb dump cake by my friend Kris. She's experimented with using different jello flavors and adding other fruit to this basic recipe.
Ingredients: |
4 c. chopped rhubarb

1 c. sugar

1 large or 2 small boxes of strawberry jello

1 pkg white or yellow cake mix

1 c. cold water

1/3 c. melted butter

Directions: |
Grease a 9x13 pan. Layer ingredients in the order listed. Do not stir or mix. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
