Tastes good on a cold morning!
Ingredients: |
2 large bananas

1 c fresh blueberries

2 c rolled oats (quick-cooking works best)

1 Tbsp butter

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 c agave

1 egg (or 2 Tbsp flax meal & 2 Tbsp water)

2 c almond milk

1/4 c chopped walnuts (optional)

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla

a pinch of salt

Directions: |
Mix all together and put in a 9 x 9 pan sprayed with oil. Bake at 376 for 35 min. 9 modest servings. 5 WW points
