Ingredients: |
1 package of Oreo Cookies

½ cup melted butter

½ gallon of ice cream (I use “white” mint chocolate chip)

1 jar (11 ¾ ounces) hot fudge ice cream topping

1 container (12 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed

Directions: |
Crush cookies; put aside about 2/3 cup for topping. Mix the rest with the melted butter. Press in a 9 x 13 pan. Soften ice cream slightly. Spread over crust. Spread hot fudge sauce on ice cream and cover with cool whip. Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs on top. Freeze until ready to use, then remove about 10 minutes before serving.
