If you do not have a peanut butter brownie mix, add peanut butter chips to the mix and 2 extra T of vegetable oil. Frost as recommended in above recipe. DO NOT overbake brownies as they will be tough.
Ingredients: |
1 Box of Brownies mix (preferably Betty Crocker with peanut butter chips)

Chunky Peanut Butter

Milk Chocolate Frosting Mix

Directions: |
Follow directions on the box to prepare brownies (usually add oil, water and eggs) and bake according to size of brownie pan

Cook slightly. While brownies are still warm, mix 1/2 cup of chunky peanut butter and 1 cup of milk chocolate frosting mix together and spread on warm brownies. Remember to use a plastic knife to cut brownies for even squares. Serve with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream topped with chocolate sauce and/or a spoonful of warmed peanut butter!
