These are soooooooo good! I used half white chocolate chips and half cinnamon chips and wouldn't do it any other way.
Ingredients: |
½ cup shortening

1 ½ cup sugar

1 egg

1 cup pumpkin

2 ½ cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 (12 oz) bag chocolate chips, cinnamon chips or white chocolate chips

Directions: |
Cream shortening and sugar. Mix in egg and pumpkin. Add remaining ingredients. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes about 2 ½-3 dozen.
