raspberry jalapeno jam

Some like ilt hot-add habanero or hotter!


Ingredients:
5 c. frozen or fresh raspberries

2-3 hot peppers

6 c. sugar

1/2 t. unsalted butter

juice of 1 lime

1pouch of pectin



Directions:
Clean jars. In lg bowl, gently crush berries. 5 c. of berries in a lg sauce pot. Slice, seed, finely chop peppers. Stir peppers, sugar, lime butter into berries. Bring to a full rolling boil stirring with a wooden spoon. Stir in pectin and boil for 1 min. Skim. Add to jars!
