easy | 25 servings | prep: 20 minutes | cook: 20 minutes
This is a friend of mine's recipe that he makes often. A family member tried this recipe in a different way by stuffing the jalapeno with shrimp instead of little smokies and wrapping it in peppered bacon. I haven't tried it yet but it sounds great.
Ingredients: |
Fresh Jalapenos (the number depends on how many you want to cook)

Cream Cheese (softened or use whipped)

1 package Little Smokies (will make about 25 halves)

Uncooked Bacon

|
Directions: |
Slice jalapenos in half and deseed. Fill each half with small amount of cream cheese and top with a little smokie. Wrap each jalapeno with 1/2 or 3/4 of slice of bacon (just enough to wrap around jalapeno) and hold with a toothpick. Place stuffed jalapeno on grill and cook until bacon is done but not too crispy.
